I just ordered this calendar from Fab.com aaaaaand I’m so excited about its arrival that I’m telling you about it here. From as far back as I can remember, I have always wanted to track an entire year. I think 2012 might finally be the one.
If you don’t Fab yet (it’s free) join here. Find this kick ass calendar here. And if the fab.com sale has ended, you can purchase it here.
The Duomo in Siena, Italy. It’s a true Renaissance wonderland in there, and I loved every bit of it. The Italians know how to do ceilings. And floors. And walls.

My cousin Alex came into the city, and I dragged her to ABC Carpet and Home, one of the best places to wander around for inspiration and design loveliness. We had fun sitting on the Dr. Seuss-esque M’Afrique by Moroso chairs. Possibly made out of recycled plastic? Definitely hand woven. Wade’s taught me the best way to do ABC Carpet and Home is to go to the top of the store and make your way down. So good.
